Aetna Compensation Overview Guide
How can I review my commission statements and reports?
For your Aetna Medicare business (MA/MAPD, PDP) and Legacy Coventry PDP business, you can access commission statements and reports on Producer World. After logging in, click “Individual Medicare” at the top, click the purple “Reporting” button and then select “Access reporting.” You can view reports online, export them to Excel or print and save copies for your records. If you need access to Producer World, go to www.aetna.com, click “Producers” and then click “Log In/Register.”

How do I order a duplicate 1099?
You can order a duplicate 1099 by contacting the Aetna Accounting Department at:
Please be sure to include:
- Full name
- Mailing Address (only if you would like your 1099 mailed to you, otherwise it will be sent via secure email)
- National Producer Number or SSN
How do I update my commission payment information on file with Aetna?
The agent is responsible for updating their demographic information (address, phone number, email or name) with the carrier by using one of the methods below:
- Call Aetna at 1-866-714-9301
- Email the Broker Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Making changes to the EFT, W-9 or your banking information need to be submitted through the NoMoreForms portal.
Who pays my commissions?
Your commissions are paid directly by the health plan.
