Commission statements for Cigna HealthSpring are emailed to agents and agency principals as commissions are paid. Statements for Cigna Legacy (pre-HealthSpring business) need to be retrieved from the Evolve portal at https://cigna.evolvespmportal.com/users/frm_login.htm
How do I get help resolving commission issues?
If you would like to inquire on potential missing commissions, please fill out the Cigna Commission Discrepancy Form and send to email@example.com. You can also call (800) 903-7711 to speak with a Cigna representative.

When are commissions paid?
** Annual Certification, updated E&O, current AHIP and updated AZ Health License is required for commission renewal payments**
The Cigna Commission Schedule will give you detailed information regarding the closing date, EFT transfer date and the approximate statement and check mailed date.
Who pays my commissions?
Cigna pays commissions directly to the Agent.
Cigna pays Agency override commission’s directly to the Agency.
