How do I get my commissions for personally produced business paid to my agency/entity?
Please call or email the Western Asset Protection Contracting department at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
How do I update/add my direct deposit information?
Login to your Agent Portal at www.mutualofomaha.com/broker. Go to your main profile drop down box in the upper right hand corner, click on “Direct Deposit”. Here you will be able to update/add your information.
When are commissions paid?
Commission process calculates every Tuesday night. Commission statements are prepared on Wednesday nights and statements are available on SPA on Thursday. Statements are available on SPA. Commission checks will be mailed on Thursday. Direct deposits are generally available on Friday. These dates will be modified during holiday weeks. Check the administration manual for more details.
Who pays my commissions?
Commissions are paid directly to the agent by the carrier.
