Updating Direct Deposit
If you need to update your direct deposit information for PHP, you will need to update the broker portal (Sales Sentinel) Please follow the instructions below:
- Return to Sales Sentinel, go to www.medicaresalessentinel.com.
- Log in with:
- Username: social security #
- Password: same one you used to begin the process
- If you need to re-set your password, please contact: Sales Sentinel Support, (877) 401-8999 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST)
- Once you’ve logged in, select the “Programs” tab located in the upper left hand corner of the main screen.
- Then select the link: 2015 or 2016 AHCMC Allegian or Phoenix Health Plans-WAP
- You will see all the modules listed, scroll down to the link called: Direct Deposit Selection.
- Then you will see a box with the OLD account information. Update with the new
- Once you have updated with the NEW account info, hit save and continue (orange button – lower left hand corner)
- It may ask you to upload a new voided check, please upload that as well.
- Once you have saved in prior step, no need to go through the rest of the modules, just select log out.
