Leave an old-fashioned Valentine at your client’s door. Let your client know you might stop by to drop off a little thank you. Make it extra special by including a small gift, such as a box of chocolates, a single rose, or a pair of movie tickets.
Host a virtual event. You could host a virtual cooking class or host a Valentine’s themed virtual scavenger hunt. It’s easy to do. Simply come up with a list of items and tell your guests to go find them and then share with the group on Zoom. For example – Find something red, something heart-shaped and something sweet. Holidays like Valentine’s Day are the perfect excuse to show your clients how much they mean to you, and the outreach could help with client retention or even drum up some referral business. It’s always good to stay top of mind with your clients because you never know when they’ll need something.
